1. Who is responsible

Cozmopolitan Advisory is responsible for the personal data you send us through this website, by email or when you book a call. Contact: guillaume@cozmopolitanadvisory.com. Using the service providers below does not change that.

2. What we collect

If you use the contact form: your three answers from the drop-down menus and your work email address. If you email us or book a call: your name, your email address and anything you choose to tell us. We do not ask you to create an account.

3. Why we use it

To reply to you and arrange a call. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: answering someone who has contacted us. We do not add you to a mailing list, sell your details or share them for advertising.

4. Who handles it

We run no servers of our own. Cloudflare provides the website, the contact form and the bot check. The form does not store your answers or your email address: it emails them to us and nothing else. Google Workspace provides our email and calendar. If you pick a time, Calendly provides the booking page and asks only for your name and email address. Each provider handles data under its own privacy policy. Some process data outside the UK, including in the United States, under the safeguards the law requires.

5. Cookies and analytics

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers your light or dark mode choice in your browser. The bot check and the booking page may set their own cookies or storage so that they work. Calendly's booking page also asks you, in its own banner, to accept or decline optional analytics and marketing cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. If we start working together, a separate engagement letter and privacy notice cover the engagement.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or stop our use of it, or to move it. Email us at the address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

8. Changes

If this page changes, we update the date at the top.
